This spring, the senior class of Gregory the Great Academy performed a condensed version of Mozart’s opera, “Don Giovanni.” Setting the scene in a circus complete with clowns and jugglers, the seniors learned to sing sections of Mozart’s beautiful and challenging score with accompaniment by music director Matthew Williams. After months of rehearsal, they presented as part of the graduation events an old morality tale with a new life as a joyful vaudeville called “Circo Giovanni.”
